The Hub identified the need for an action plan to guide the early development of the Hub’s workplan and implementation of projects to achieve its priorities. The Hub engaged a consultant to assist the Steering committee to formulate a plan to address its objectives for the following two to three years. The project involved confirming the Hub’s priorities and identifying streams of work to deliver against them.
