What We Do
The Hub identified the need for an action plan to guide the early development of the Hub’s workplan and implementation of projects to achieve its priorities. The Hub engaged a consultant to assist the Steering committee to formulate a plan to address its objectives for the following two to three years. The project involved confirming the Hub’s priorities and identifying streams of work to deliver against them. The outcome is a strategic action plan with draft timelines, project interdependencies and draft scopes for identified projects.
